It depends on the apps you need. Some, such as full Accounting and Barcode, are Enterprise only. We tell you which edition fits during discovery, before you buy anything.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the apps, the number of branches and the state of your data. After discovery you get a written plan with a date for each step.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes. Products, customers, vendors, open invoices and opening balances are imported and checked against your trial balance before go-live.
Does Odoo work fully in Arabic?
Yes, right to left, invoices and reports included. Every module we write ships with its Arabic translation.
Where is our data hosted?
Where you choose: on your own server, on a server we manage for you, or on Odoo’s cloud. Your database and your custom code stay yours.
What happens after go-live?
We stay on. The team that built your system answers your questions, fixes issues and plans your upgrades to new Odoo versions.
